Selection, Departure & Post Deployment

SOURCING METHOD

 Once we receive any Job Orders, we communicate our numerous local agents in their Cities, provinces / villages, publishing in national dailies based on the Job Description of required workers and our professional team commences the selection of workers based on their applications, CVs, relevant certificates provided to us.

SELECTION PROCESS

 We are selecting our potential applicants by their CVs, face to face interview, telephonic or Skype calls, whichever will be convenient to applicants if found suitable, our organization is providing their Food, Accommodation and transportation facility once we call for interview in our facility. If the trade test is required will be conducted at our own cost, which is conducting in reputable training centers having approval of trade test approved by Government of Nepal under our expert team’s direct supervision and monitoring.

If the workers / applicants are selected by us, forwarding the relevant documents to our Clients along with our interview results for final selection and carry out rest of the process if selected by our Clients.

COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL EXAMINATION / TESTS

 Upon receiving the final selection by our Clients we send them for comprehensive medical test to authorized medical centers approved by the embassies of the respective nation of employment.

APPLY FOR VISA / ENDORSEMENT OF VISA

 After receiving the successful medical reports of the selected candidates, we apply for visa as per the employment rules & regulations of country of employment through authorized embassies of relevant countries.

EMIGRATION CLEARANCE AND FLIGHT SCHEDULING

 To schedule travelling of the workers / candidates, our ticketing officer may send request for PTA along with the copy of workers passport copy with visa and our organization may schedule their departure based on the flight schedule on the provided PTA after obtaining departure authorization from government authorities as per rules & regulations.

COMPREHENSIVE BRIEF ORIENTATION PRIOR DEPARTURE

 We offers and conduct brief orientation to our each candidates to be deployed to country of employment, stating the detail of the employment country, their duties and responsibilities as per their job category and labor laws of the respective countries.

POST DEPLOYMENT

We always maintain constant contact with deployed workers & employers in order to assist to our Clients and workers as well for any assistance as required on a regular basis since it is also our move to monitor the quality of deployed workers to their respective trades and survey the quality of our rendered services.
